Somewhere in France,
Sept 28.
Dear Mother and All:
I will now write to you again. I am still well and feeling good. I may not stay here long enough to get a letter, but would like to get a letter from you all. I think we will be able to come home before very long and will write to you as often as I can. I am still trusting in God and think He will carry me through.

NOTES: Horace Edward Pringle was born at Minorca, Arkansas on March 18, 1896 and died on December 12, 11, 1973. He is buried in the Poynor Cemetery in Poynor, Missouri. He left from Montreal, Canada for France on August 13, 1918 onboard the Bhamo. He was listed as a Private in Camp Pike July Automatic Replacement Draft Co. Number 5. He was shown to be from Supply, Arkansas. He returned from Brest, France on May 16, 1919 by way of Hoboken, NJ onboard the Plattsburg. He was serving as a Private in Co. L, 314 Infantry.
